I am running

erain from 1979 and the run stopped after 15 years. I thought I could run erain for more than this period. I have attached two files; the last file I received at the day when experiment stopped and the file of today after trying to restart the run. Can I have some explanation?

Thank You Very Much!

Faisal

Hi Faisal,

I'm a little puzzled. your error is quite unusual.

Has anything changed to the computer system that you are running PRECIS on? Do you definitely have plenty of disk space?

Regards,
Simon

Hi Symon,
I am not aware of any changes, but I noticed a shrunk in the size of the hard disk from 5.9 T to 5.4 as follow:
Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
5.9T 4.9T 687G 88% /home (before the trouble)
5.4T 4.5T 631G 88% /home (Today)

Thank You Very Much!

Faisal

P.S.
Currently I am running a new run using precis for RCP8.5 with the same PC and it seems running fine.

Hi Faisal,

Can you try performing a rerun as NRUN from 1/12/1994? See http://forum.precisrcm.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10 for instructions.

To be honest I am not sure why your run has crashed. Let us know if this works, if it doesn't then we will investigate further.

All the best,
Simon
