Post subject: | Getting pdksh |
If you have a fresh installation of Linux, the first thing you'll need to do is install Public Domain Korn Shell -- pdksh. If you have Ubuntu or Debian or Mint linux, use apt-get Code: sudo apt-get remove ksh sudo apt-get install pdksh Fedora, Red Hat, Code: sudo yum remove ksh sudo yum install pdksh OpenSUSE Code: sudo zypper remove ksh sudo zypper install pdksh The ksh and pdksh packages are different. It might be that ksh is not be automatically installed with your version of Linux, but if it is installed then the remove commands delete it. The next command installs pdksh. |
