Hi,
$MY_OUTPUT cannot be found. I think it is normal in my situation. When analysing the problem I noticed that the problem comes from the LBC disk supplied. My computer can no more access the disk because it’s probably damaged. I cannot explain this situation. However, to prevent damage of the disk I have installed the PC and the disk in a room with Air Conditioned so that the devices can not suffer from heat. I noticed that the disk is no more able to start. Connected to the PC, the disk is making periodic slight sound (clic-clic) while it seems running. Connected to different PCs, the situation remains the same.
I think the disk needs to be repaired. I don’t know if it is possible. If necessary I can send it back to you by express mail. If not, please I’m looking for any proposition. Best regards.
Akpe.

Hi Alke,

We can post you a new disk. Please email precis@metoffice.gov.uk with your contact details and a list of data that needs replacing.

All the best,
Simon

Hi, Simon
It's a great news. I was so desperate. Thank you.
