Post subject:  missing hourly data

Hi there,

I am running the precis2.0.0, everything is fine but all the hourly data for 03236 and 05216 is missing. Only yearly, seasonally and monthly data is generated.
Could you please help me with that please?

Many thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,
would you please confirm that the daily and hourly buttons are checked in the Output Window of the user interface for the experiment? Please note that if the generation of the hourly data is enabled then this will result in a large volume of data!

Regards,

Saeed

Hi Saeed,

I am sure about that we all checked the buttons. All the other index has the hourly outputs except for 03236 and 05216.

Many thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,
This is something we have not encountered before and it would help if you could download the Team Viewer : https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ so that one of my colleagues could connect and have a look. Is this possible for you to do?

Thanks,

Saeed

Hi Jason
Hope all is well. Was wondering how are you getting on. Is the hourly data still causing you problems? if so is teamviewer a possible option?

Hi Saeed,

Sorry for the late response. I was away for the office. Yes, that would be great. I would let you know the password to login after I install the teamviewer.

Bests,

Jason
