Hi David,

I have some troubles with starting a new experiment with PRECIS 2.0.0. I checked the leave file and found there is an error saying "no time module found". I don't know how to deal with it.Could you please help me out? I have attached the leave file on this email.

Many thanks,

Janson

This appears to be a problem with python. Can you type

python

on the command line and post the output.

Simon.

Dear Simon,

I typed the python and found as follow:

Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
Python 2.7.9 (default, Apr 28 2015, 20:02:59)
[GCC 4.8.1 20130909 [gcc-4_8-branch revision 202388]] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/etc/pythonstart", line 7, in <module>
import readline
ImportError: No module named readline

How should I deal with this problem?

Many thanks,

Janson

Hi Janson

Try export PYTHONHOME=/usr/local. Python normally installed in /usr/local

hope this helps!
