I ran akwss and it stopped at 1998 only instead of finishing the process until 2005. I provide a .leave file.

Hi! I am pretty sure I should not meddle in this, but I checked your leave file (I am having some problems with a run using the HadGem and I thought you could have the same problems), anyway, firstly the leave file says that the model stopped in 1994 not in 1998, so not so sure if you made a mistake when writing the post or you did not send the very last leave file. But from the leave file that you post I can tell you that there is file missing: akwssa.CORDEX_seasia.pgj4b10.pp that file should be in the ppp4lbc/akwss/ directory... cheers Ruth |

Hello! Ruth - thank you for meddling.  Khairul - I've asked one of the Simons to look into this -- hopefully tomorrow. If Ruth is correct, this won't work, but you might try rerun-as-NRUN (see the sticky post on the forum). Thanks David |

Hello Khairul, As Ruth says the leave file is for November 1994, not 1998. It also shows no errors and that the model resubmitted itself normally. Is there any possibility that you uploaded the wrong file? What is the output if you type Quote: cd $MY_OUTPUT ls -trl preak* ? All the best, Simon |
